Water heater installation in Madison, NJ

Q: My home is older and near downtown Madison. Does that limit my water heater options?

Not necessarily, though tight utility spaces are common in older homes. An on-site assessment determines whether tankless or a traditional tank fits best.

Q: Do you work with landlords managing rental properties near Drew University?

Yes, water heater installation and repair services are regularly provided for rental properties in Madison, including coordination with property managers.

Q: How much does water heater installation cost in Madison?

Cost depends on unit type and any space or venting adjustments needed, particularly in older homes. A clear quote is provided after assessing the property.

Q: How do I know if my water heater needs repair or full replacement?

This depends on the age of the unit, frequency of past issues, and the cost comparison between repair and new installation.

Q: Are you licensed to work in Madison, NJ?

Yes, Zeek Plumbing holds New Jersey plumbing contractor's license number 11873 and is fully insured for residential work throughout Madison and Morris County.

Licensed Madison plumbers installing tankless and traditional water heaters in historic homes, colonials, and rental properties alike.

Water heater installation built for Madison's homes

Madison has one of the more varied housing stocks in our service area, from older homes near the downtown historic district to newer construction further out, plus a steady mix of rental properties near Drew University. Zeek Plumbing handles expert water heater installation, water heater repair, and water heater replacement services across all of it.

Older Madison homes sometimes have tight utility closets or basements that weren't designed with a modern water heater in mind, tankless or otherwise. We take that into account during the assessment so the unit we recommend actually fits, rather than quoting something that looks good on paper but doesn't work in your space.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was referred to Zeek by a relative who is also a contractor for multiple plumbing issues at my home. (leaking bathtub drain and overflow pipe plus associated plumbing; leaking waste line from kitchen down to basement; replace hot water heater shut off valve; replace house water supply valve coming in from the street.) Tim and his helper (sorry don't remember helper's name) were polite and professional and worked hard until the job was finished. Everything was left neat and clean. Zeek will be on speed dial for any future plumbing issues. Highly reccomend.

Edited to add: As it turns out, a couple of weeks after the prior excellent work done by Zeek at my home, I had another different plumbing issue come up (what can I say? the house isn't brand new). The water supply bibs for our washing machine were shot and needed replacement. I contacted Zeek this morning and they sent Bill & Cameron out and the job was finished by lunch time and the work and professionalism of the crew was excellent. I would give 10 stars but google won't let me LOL.

Second Edit: This week we decided to have some more work done by Zeek as repairs and preventative maintenance. Zeek scheduled us quickly. Numerous old frozen valves were cut out and/or replaced; hose bibbs front and rear were replaced; new basement utility sink faucet was installed; and a couple of other items.

Again I was very satisfied with the work and professionalism of the Zeek team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Zeek was recommended by my son-in-law to repair a toilet leak and on another occasion to install a new water heater. From the first call to completing both jobs they were attentive, professional, very timely, and did a great job fixing our issues while keeping the work space clean. Highly recommended.

Josh and Luke showed up promptly and were able to resolve the issue very quickly. They were polite, informative, and left the workspace clean. I would highly recommend Zeek for your plumbing needs. Thanks again Josh and Luke !
